The Association of the Telecommunications Industry of Singapore (ATiS) and Syniverse held a very successful and informative event yesterday at The Metro One @thebridge in Singapore. The event, titled “Is Your Cybersecurity Ecosystem Preventing Threats in Southeast Asia and APAC” focused on cybersecurity within IoT implementations. The seminar focused on the need for private scalable networks to implement truly secure and reliable mission critical IoT solutions. Syniverse provided lots of case studies on how they mitigated and managed cybersecurity threats in IoT deployments around the globe. Special thanks goes out to the presenters Paul Hodges, Michael Ang, Kathiravan Kandasamy, George Lam, and M. Taha Osman (as our MC) for their highly engaging and insightful content and demos. Our presenters came from three different countries (Singapore, Hong Kong, USA) to share their experience with the audience. Teddy Lo, thank you for bringing ATiS on board to co-host this event.
